The planned upgrade of Phoenix Shopping Centre has been delayed due to a circumstance beyond the landlord’s control.

While this is not consistent with our original expectations for the program, the owners remain positive that the project may proceed, but this will require the successful resolution of the issues that have caused the delays. At this stage, the timeframe for commencement of the project has not been confirmed, but if or when we are able to communicate the anticipated timeframe for project commencement, an update will be provided.

The safety of our customers and retailers is our top priority. We’re working closely with our security team and local authorities to address and reduce periodic anti-social behaviour in the centre, to ensure we’re providing a safe, welcoming environment.
